Another Poem

"You say the day is gloomy
The skies are grim and gray
The night has lost its quiet
You fear the coming day.
The world is what you make it
The sky is gray or blue
Just as your soul may paint it
It isn't the world- it's you."

(missing verse found online)

"Clear up the clouded vision,
Clean out the foggy mind;
The clouds are always passing,
And each is silver lined.
The world is what you make it—
Then make it bright and true,
And when you say it's gloomy,
It isn't the world—it's you!"
